The Mitochondrial Membrane Potential (JC-10 Assay) Kit is designed to evaluate mitochondrial health by detecting changes in mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm). The JC-10 dye accumulates in healthy mitochondria and emits red fluorescence, while depolarized or damaged mitochondria show a shift to green fluorescence.
